The IMAX B6 mini charger is a digital universal charger that allows you to quickly charge, discharge and “train” most types of batteries and batteries used in radio-controlled models and devices such as: Li-Ion, Li-Pol, Li-Fe, NiCd and NiMH. It is capable of high-quality charging and balancing of lithium batteries, for their long and safe use. The charging process is fully automatic and controlled by a microcontroller. The charging process is successfully completed when the maximum battery capacity is reached, which is determined by special algorithms for each type of battery. Charging is interrupted when a fault is detected or when a programmed charge time, capacity, or temperature limit (when using the optional temperature sensor) is reached. For NiMh/NiCd batteries, iMAX B6 mini uses an improved algorithm for determining the full charge - Re-Peak.
The charger is made in a compact metal case and is connected to an external 220 V power supply with an output voltage of 11.0 - 18.0 V. A distinctive feature of the IMAX B^ mini from the regular version in the regular iMAX B6 version, the B6 mini case is cooled by a cooler with automatic adjustment.
An external port for connecting to a PC via a USB cable (purchased separately) allows you to fully control the charging process from a computer and view / analyze graphs of the parameters of the charge / discharge process through the special SkyRC Charge Master software.
The ability to connect an external SkyRC WiFi module (purchased separately) facilitates the use of the charger by connecting to it through a convenient and functional software for iOS / Android smartphones via a wireless WiFi connection.
For convenience, the device is equipped with a built-in memory for 10 battery charge/discharge settings. Now, to work with the battery, there is no need to make all the settings, but just select one of the previously saved programs.
